How much does Dacor range repair cost?
If you approve the repair, the diagnostic is free. If you decline, it is $99. Your exact price comes in writing after the on-site diagnosis, before any repair. One symptom can have several causes at very different prices, so we never quote blind or by phone.
How fast can you come?
Often same-day, 8 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. We confirm your arrival window when we call.
Do you use genuine Dacor parts?
Yes. Genuine OEM parts, never aftermarket. Common parts ride on the truck. If one has to be ordered, you get the ETA on the spot and your quoted price does not change.
Do you service my Dacor range?
Gas, dual-fuel, steam and induction ranges from 30 to 48 inch, in Professional, Transitional and Contemporary styles, plus older Renaissance ranges.
My Dacor range igniter keeps clicking, even when off. Why?
Usually moisture or a spill in a spark switch, or a failing spark module. We find which one and stop the clicking.
The oven in my Dacor range will not heat. Same visit?
Yes. We check the bake element or igniter, the sensor and the relay in the same visit as the burners.
What's covered under the warranty?
180 days, parts and labor, in writing on your quote. If the same fault returns in that window, we come back and fix it free.
Could you damage my cabinetry?
Your Dacor sits in custom millwork, so we protect it: booties on, drop cloths down, careful extraction. The tech works the unit out, not around it.
Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?
You decide with a written price in hand, before any work. A repair keeps the Dacor that already fits your kitchen. If a repair is not worth it on an older unit, we tell you straight.
What if it can't be repaired?
You pay the $99 diagnostic only. We tell you straight and help you weigh replacement.
Does Denver altitude affect my Dacor?
It can. Metro Denver sits above 5000 feet, so a range or cooktop brought up from lower ground can burn yellow, leave soot or take a long time to boil. On refrigerators, dry air and altitude make condensers and door gaskets work harder.
