The code comes from the oven control and names a circuit, not a part. An F3, for example, usually points to the oven temperature sensor. We read the code on-site and test that circuit before any part is ordered.
Yes. A door that stays locked is usually the door lock motor, its switch or the control. We release the latch safely and quote the repair to the lock circuit, often same-day.
